This website is operated by IDIVAN, a trading name of WOODSOME BEDS LTD.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IDIVAN / WOODSOME BEDS LTD.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where products are unavailable, a pricing or product-information error has occurred, or fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Your order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. A contract for the purchase of the goods is formed when we accept and begin processing your order.

3. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

All IDIVAN products are bespoke, handmade and made to order based on the selections made at checkout.

Your selected specifications may include:

  • Size
  • Fabric
  • Colour
  • Storage option
  • Layout
  • Finish
  • Configuration
  • Mattress
  • Headboard design
  • Other available product options

Although our products are made to order, eligible products may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to update product prices, information and availability at any time.

Payment must be made using one of the approved payment methods available at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the relevant product pages and within our Delivery Policy.

For eligible UK Mainland addresses, our standard estimated delivery time is generally 5–7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, manufacturing requirements, courier delays, weather conditions, material availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Additional delivery charges may apply to certain locations, including Northern Ireland, remote areas and offshore locations.

Any applicable charges will be shown or communicated before the order is completed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers may request an eligible return within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns are free of charge.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • Clean and in resaleable condition
  • Free from stains, marks, odours, damage, misuse or excessive wear
  • Returned with all parts, fittings, accessories and components where possible
  • Securely packaged for safe transportation

Products should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received, allowing for reasonable inspection.

We may reduce a refund if the returned product has lost value because of handling, use, damage, alteration or other circumstances beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the product, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

For confirmed faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described products, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

This may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product repair
  • Replacement item
  • Collection
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Collection of confirmed faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described products will be arranged free of charge.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because our products are bespoke and made to order, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun.

If a cancellation or amendment is possible, we will confirm this with you.

If production has already begun or the order has been dispatched, the request may need to be handled through our Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.

8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur because of:

  • Manufacturing tolerances
  • Lighting conditions
  • Screen settings
  • Fabric batches
  • Material characteristics
  • Handmade production processes

Images are provided for illustration purposes and colours may appear slightly different depending on the device or display being used.

9. Warranty

Eligible IDIVAN products include a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use, subject to the terms and exclusions contained in our Warranty Policy.

If you believe your product has developed a fault during the applicable warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, incorrect assembly or unauthorised alterations or repairs, except where otherwise required by law.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDIVAN / WOODSOME BEDS LTD will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

Where permitted by law, our liability relating to an individual order will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

11. Intellectual Property

All content made available through this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, product images, photographs and website content, is owned by or licensed to IDIVAN / WOODSOME BEDS LTD, unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior permission.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service from time to time.
