All IDIVAN products are handmade and made to order. We currently offer free standard delivery across the UK, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. Additional charges may apply for certain delivery requirements. We also offer a 60-day returns policy on all products. Eligible returns from UK addresses are collected free of charge. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery before sending it back. Returns for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items are handled in accordance with our returns policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
5 Year Warranty
All IDIVAN products come with a 5 year warranty. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We will guide you through the warranty claim process. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
